Traditional wood ladder with adobe building in Santa Fe.
Santa Fe style that seems like a puzzle of light and shadow. The geometric shapes are nicely contrasted with the soft round edges.
I thought these wood beams almost looked like buttons on the side of this building. Such great soft lines.
The different layers of these buildings created a nice step effect in a telephoto shot. This is near the cathedral in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The amazing lines, shadows and textures of adobe New Mexico architecture. This was shot around the Plaza in Santa Fe.
A Contrast in Styles
This shot shows a wonderful contrast in building styles and materials. The metal coverings on top of the wood supports make for a cool accent, adding one more layer to this shot.
Santa Fe Plaza Style
A great example of the sights around the Plaza in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Adobe Pyramid
I think this almost looks like the step pyramid of Djozer in Egypt. Actually it's a hotel in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The windows provide a nice sense of scale for the size of the hotel.
